RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns for physical products for a store credit or exchange on all non-custom items that are in great condition within 15 days of your purchase with a receipt, in the amount listed on your receipt. Store credits and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receipt of undamaged goods. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. There are NO returns on damaged merchandise. All services, custom orders, made-to-order, and sale items are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 317.744.9849.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our shipping rates apply to standard shipping only. Standard shipping rates do not include installation and will be delivered to your front door or curb only. If freight service or white-glove delivery and installation is required, you will be notified of any additional charges that will be incurred after your order is placed.
We ship only to locations within the 48 states of the United States at this time. Anything outside of the 48 states of the United States will incur additional fees. Many of our items are in-stock. However, some items have longer lead times and may not be in stock at the time of purchase. If this is the case, you will be notified after placing your order.
